Vacay Connect Slu has collaborated with the best local tour operators, chauffeurs, villa & vacation home owners, hotels and other expertise of the industry to help you and ease the hassle of multiple bookings, providing you with a service that does not only provides concierge service but also custom itinerary planning that will save you on time while you prepare for your stay in Saint Lucia. Our service is particularly unique as we offer fully customizable packages- thanks to the experience of our staff! Simply confirm your details by completing our forms with your information for the service required, then we will get back to you with a preparations quote based on your needs.
1. Schedule A Consultation call
To begin the process, we will schedule a 30-minute consultation call and the client will submit a travel inquiry form. Consultations allow for the Travel Specialist to properly assess what you need and decide on which services best suits you, customize your experience to your expectations, and get started immediately!
2. Signing a Contract and Paying the Initial Service Fee
After you have agreed to move forward with the booking process, the Travel Specialist will discuss the fees and conduct travel research. Price tiers: Base Concierge is $25 (1-4 Guest) Groups Between 5-10 guest require an initial concierge fee of $50. Groups over $20 guest require an initial coverage fee of $100. To begin searching accommodation and amenities, the concierge fee must be paid to the lead traveler. This amount is not applied to you trip, it is paid directly to Vacay Connect Slu, and is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
3. Quote Presentation
Once the concierge fee is paid, allow 3 business days for your vacation quote to be created, unless stated otherwise. Upon receiving a quote, a scheduled phone call will be conducted to review and go over the quote and together if you have any questions or modifications, we can discuss that time.
4. Secure Your Vacation
After you decide that you want to move forward with your quote and your group is ready to make the deposits, we will schedule a date and time for everyone to make their payments. Once initial deposits payments are secured, your payment, collection, announcements and vacation preparations will be conducted by Vacay Connect Slu. Please update the travel specialist with any email, phone number or name changes immediately.

We strongly recommend bringing a backpack or duffel bag, as suitcases can be cumbersome and difficult to store in buses, under seats, etc.. Keep in mind that you will normally have to carry your own luggage on and off buses and trains and up and down hotel staircases. Suitcases with wheels may not work well on dirt or cobblestone roads.
Travelers arrive from all over the world to begin our tours and it is not possible to include international airfare in our prices. We would be happy to help you arrange flights. Just ask for an air quote when making your booking.
We keep our group sizes low so you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local guides. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience. You can expect up to 15 travelers on a trip but the average is 10. Check individual trip pages for maximum group sizes.
